Soaprise Announcement! After nearly two decades in Old Pasadena, the time has finally come to allow our lease to expire and transition to online only. The last day for in-store shopping is Sunday, June 18 (Father's Day), so please come see us before then! But don't forget we're closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

We'll still be in Pasadena and offer local deliveries like we have since the pandemic, but we won't have a retail location after June 18. We plan to hold pop-ups during the holidays and possibly offer more hands-on workshops, so stay tuned!

We promise we won't stop making the best soaps with only the best ingredients for you and your loved ones. Our new production space is coming along nicely, and we can't wait to start making tons of soap again! We'll be sure to share some pics and videos soon.

Happy Sunday! This is what 180 pounds of all natural solid shampoo looks like, right out of the molds. From here, we cut into loaves and cure for 3 weeks. Our latest lineup includes 2 new flavors! Goji Wild Citrus and Firbena Nettle (actual names TBA). If you have any ideas on the names, please comment! After many months of testing out our new flavors (thanks to our family of faithful testers. You know who you are!), I believe we’ve finally hit the sweet spot. Super luxurious lather with a nice clean rinse.

If you haven’t switched to plastic free shampoo, what are you waiting for? We also make an acidic finishing rinse that pairs perfectly with these bars to balance the pH. Diluted apple cider vinegar or lemon juice also does the trick. It might take a little time for your hair to adjust to all natural shampoo bars, but it’s so worth the effort! Once you’ve made it to the other side, you’ll never want to go back to silicone shampoos that lead to excessive product build-up, drier strands, and more breakage over time.
