Well. We have a new unexpected friend at the farm …
🐸 Meet Kermit the Frog … who is missing his 2 back legs!
He was floating in the pond while we were swimming … and came right up to me … hopped on my floatie and onto my stomach and just chilled!

He then transferred to Richard - rode around with him for a while …
Then the boys got him his own floatie and took him around the pond for a while. 😂😂😂

Doing our best to keep our animals and ourselves cool this week!

It’s been a VERY busy day at the farm!

I just have to brag on my two little farm boys! As they are getting older, they’re starting to help more and more around the farm.

One of the hardest things to do is to keep up with the water for the animals. We don’t have our water tanks hooked up yet, so we have to run a hose from our garage down to the pastures and fill their water during the summer. it’s about every other day or every three days.

The boys have had “outside time” before they can come in and have screen time. They have done it this past week without complaint at all! They have had to go get hoses move them and everything! Some of it is that they need to play outside and some of it is work.

For the most part, they have been problem-solving together, I’m not complaining! They have been a huge help and I’m so incredibly proud of them! 

🐷 Peppermint and friends got a little spoiled yesterday.

We filled their mud hole and put up and umbrella for more shade … these are some pampered piggies 💚🐷

If you are ever wondering what we use the money from tours for … every bit from tours, parties, class, merch purchased, all of it supports our animals.

For instance … we just spent $500 on tiny bugs that eat fly larvae … (never thought I’d say that one)! This may seem insane … but we have to do things like this to control the flies around our farm and animals or we will all be miserable!

So every tour, class, purchase or donation goes right to our animals! 💚
