We had a huge group come out this rainy morning to complete the hero workout “Minix 145” in honor of our local hero, Officer Eric Minix, who died in the line of duty this month. We are so fortunate to have heroes like him in our community but so devastated to lose them. 💙🖤

April was our lone Mayhem athlete this year, competing in the Masters Rx Women’s division, and we are thrilled (but not surprised) to report that she took the top spot!
