These past weeks have been weird and they’ve lacked consistency. However, the work didn’t stop. I found myself catering to my mental a bit more. Sometimes you need a true break to realign ✨

Let’s get into this “Then & Now!!” ✨ First off, why nobody told me my butt was real deal flat 😂😂 Ok, foreal…this left pic I’m sure I was sitting somewhere in the 190s (not exactly sure), the right pic…idk my weight because I don’t have time for the scale these days. Lol I love my happiness 😂🤭 however, speaking on STRENGTH, I remember not being able to squat nothing heavier than 135 now I’m squatting 225 for reps!!! 🤪 Also, not being able to deadlift heavy either, and now I’m maxing out on 355. Listen, the body is bodying but my strength progress truly amazes me!!!🥲🫶🏾💕
