TIP:
This client wanted an ashy/cooler tone!
Ashy tones have blue undertones to it, so the light sometimes reflect that. Ashy tones also tend to make the hair appear darker, even though it is not! It will wash out. If you do not want complete ashy tones, I would suggest adding some golden/warmer tones to it. 🤍💙🤎

***Also, please do not put purple shampoo on right after you get your hair done, it can change the tone of your fresh new color!***
