Skin care is a journey! No such thing as overnight results.

Our client has been working on her skin for the past 4 years. At one point was on accutane but once she got off of it her acne came back. She knew that staying on medication was not the route she wanted to take, which drove her to seek out our Klear Skin Program.

Here's what you need to know about acne rosacea!

It typically affects fair-skinned women in theirs 30s-50s. Its cause is unknown.

Just like any other skin condition there have been things that can trigger and cause rosacea to worsen.

Some of those things are

-Spicy foods
-Alcohol consumption
-Stess
-Colder weather

We created a 6 month treatment for our client that consisted of coming in for Deep Cleansing Facials with an added Oxygen Treatment to repair her skin, reduce redness, and kill the acne bacteria.

1. Zinc

People with deficiencies have more eczema flare-ups, rashes, and scaly skin as well as deficiency are brittle nails and hair loss. This mineral can help breakouts heal much faster and reduce inflammation.

When selecting a zinc make sure to look for Zinc Sulfate and the recommended daily intake is at least 40mg.

There is such a things as zinc poisoning so make sure to use as directed.

2. Omega-3

When looking for an omega supplement you want it to tell you it has a LOT of EPA. You want at least 1000 mg of EPA to have the anti-inflammatory effect.

One of the best tips when choosing a vitamin is to make sure the product has been rated by an independent lab that tests and identifies the ingredients.

3. Milk/Dairy for Almond/Oat Milk

Most of these food contain androgens which can trigger your oil glands to produce thicker oil which in return can clog the pores.
