After making the very difficult decision to close Steve’s Paleo, it brings us great joy to announce that we have been acquired by True Primal. True Primal is an up and coming health food company focused on providing wholesome, portable and delicious real snack foods on the go.

It's simple, but that does not mean it's easy.

However, it will work.

The solution is a Hyper-Localized approach to eating.

You see, your local farmer actually cares about your health and wants to help you thrive.

Farmers are incentivized to nourish you with REAL FOODS such as pasture-raised meat, fruits, vegetables, and eggs…

The decisions you make truly matter.

Every dollar you are spending on food is truly a vote for your preferences. Do you choose to incentivize your local farmers or small businesses?

Or do you choose to incentivize Big Food, who profits on your obesity?

Your body doesn't need a cleanse. It probably needs more water.

Your body doesn't need copious amounts of caffeine, it probably needs more sleep.

Your body doesn't need to restrict carbs, it probably needs less processed foods and more fruits and vegetables.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what an important role Steve's Paleo played in permanently changing my nutritional habits for the better. I think I learned of Steve's Paleo in 2015 shortly after starting my personal Paleo journey. I knew your offerings were absolute winners ever since taking my first bite of PaleoKrunch. There have been countless times over the years where all I needed to say to people was "look at the ingredients and try a bite!" I never met anyone who tried it and did not agree with my high praise.

I feel like Steve's was early in the grainless granola movement and while other good competing options have admittedly evolved in the market over time, as I said to my wife the other day, "Steve's is still really, really tough to beat." I feel the same about other products you developed over the years but your grainless granola will always be #1 in my Paleo/Keto heart. I am saddened that you are having to close your business but I wish you the best of luck and look forward to staying tuned to see what the future holds.

It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of Steve’s PaleoGoods 😢

The outpouring of emails form long time customers has been nothing short of overwhelming and emotional. I want you to know that I am truly grateful for all of your support you’ve given us over the years….THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

After this week, we will no longer be producing product. We will be winding down the inventory we have on hand. Keep in mind, our meat products will likely sell out fast since they are in the highest demand. Everything is on exact count and once we are out, we are out for good. My hope is you will make one more purchase to help us clear out the warehouse.

Again, I can’t thank you enough for your business and support over the years and the opportunity you’ve given us to help keep you and your family healthy.

“You make the @ #$%ing time”

Those words still reverberate in my head today.

I was 15 years old and I just finished explaining to someone I had looked up to in the gym, why I couldn’t workout the last few days.

He looked at me right in the eye and said those words. I was shocked.

I mean, my reasons were valid to me. I had homework, and other commitments. I didn’t have the time to workout.

You see I really wanted to workout, I just didn’t have the time..

He continued..

“You make time for the things you care about.”

He was right.

Everything in life has a price.

And we only have so much of this currency called time and attention.

Priorities win out. Period.
