We had a 15 year overlap of having the same O.R. day, but on a rare occasion, we had a case where we got to work together. This picture was the last case that we got to do together before he retired.

Had a great time speaking and meeting colleagues and friends at the 2024 FPMA Summer Conference.

A highlight to my trip happened organically when I had a chance to meet with a group of medical students. This is our future!

I am so hopeful based on their enthusiasm, and by their questions, I am confident that we will be in good hands. They are aware, thoughtful and critical as they are entering the profession!

My mission is to serve my patients and secondly educate others on how to save the individual physician's private practice.

Physician burnout is real, and I have witnessed too many good doctors leave medicine or abandon their private practice to be bought out by corporate entities.

In the end we are all patients, and the importance of giving physicians the ability to practice medicine the way that they were trained to and to focus unimpeded by outside influences on that patient who is entrusting them with their care is what each individual deserves when they go to the doctor.
