In the service industry we all hear the hot-button terms, but do we know how to define, share, and communicate them? In an effort to do better, NISSI is committed to helping you understand what we are talking about. Today, we are talking TRAUMA. ➡️

We have a unique and very specific way you can donate to support the most vulnerable in our community. Next Tuesday, NISSI staff will be ministering to over 100 homeless women. We want to shower them with love, hope, and affirmations and help meet their immediate, personal hygiene needs. Can you help?

Who we are

NISSI’s mission is to empower organizations and individuals to end human trafficking. To accomplish this mission, our nonprofit organization operates through three defining pillars: Prevention, Intervention, and Restoration.

Prevention: Our goal is to stop human trafficking before it starts, bringing the vulnerable to safe places where they will be protected from the threat of trafficking. We partner with homes in Cambodia, Ukraine, and the Philippines that are focused on rescuing abandoned children from the streets and giving them safety and security while introducing them to a relationship with Christ.

Intervention: A soul lost in human trafficking will rarely find a way out on its own. We partner with one of the nation's largest search-and-rescue teams, to fund operations for search managers, planners, field searchers, and K-9 teams.

Restoration: Every victim of human trafficking endures indescribable emotional damage. Once rescued, these souls need to be nurtured and healed. NISS supports aftercare facilities in the U.S. and abroad that lovingly guide victims through the healing process with comprehensive care covering everything from temporary housing to legal, physical, and spiritual care.
