What keeps you you from trying therapy? People frequently avoid things when we don't know what to expect.

At Full Circle, we can walk you thru the steps the entire way, beginning with the initial contact.

The only expectation is to show up as you are, and we will meet you there!

Summer is a time we frequently see a decline in people reaching out for help. People get busy during the summer and don't have time.

Guess when therapy can be most helpful?

When you're stressed!

Make yourself a priority by spending time on yourself.

One hour is not a significant commitment when you consider the other things you commit your time to!

How much time do you spend tending to other people's problems? Kids? Partner? Friends? Family? Work?

We have evening and daytime availability for both in-person and telehealth!

Telehealth can be especially useful for the person who is trying to squeeze therapy in and can reduce time by not having to drive to and from the office.

We'd be happy to set up a no cost consultation with the therapist of your choosing!

Excited to announce that we are growing!

Seth joins the team as a psychotherapist with many years of experience working with grief, especially cancer. He is Certified in Thanatology (the study of death, dying, and bereavement) and approaches therapy from a values-based lens. Seth not only works with grief in the form of death but also non-death losses such as a way of life, a job, or a relationship.

Seth is offering limited evening sessions both in person or via telehealth for teens through adulthood struggling with grief, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, loss, and developing better means of coping.

He is currently in network with BCBS and will soon be in network with Aetna, Cigna, Health Alliance, UHC, and CAT (UHC and BCBS).

The therapy room is one of the few places in life where it’s *always* safe to be our most authentic selves.

Speaking our truth in therapy helps us to become more authentic in all of our relationships, setting the stage for creating trust, healthy boundaries, and clear communication.

So… please tell your therapist what’s *really* on your mind. 🌟✨

Self care: the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health.

Self care is a hot topic in the world. You might find conflicting information about what self care actually is. Some say self care is taking bubble baths and enjoying a good cup of coffee. Some say it is going to yoga and exercising regularly. Some say it is processing your stuff in therapy and setting boundaries. Some say it is budgeting and meal planning.

The truth is, self care is all of these things, and more. The definition of self care does not define what "action" is considered self care. If the action fits into preserving or improving one's own health, it is self care.

Self care is fluid.

Self care might look like driving around with the windows down and music up.
Self care might look like working out regularly.
Self care might look like taking a break from people.
Self care might look like a bubble bath.
Self care might look like difficult conversations to set boundaries with people you care for.
Self care might look like binge watching tv on a rainy Saturday.
Self care might look like laughing so hard you cry.
Self care might look like starting therapy.
Self care might look like cooking a meal from scratch while you dance around the kitchen.
Self care might look like staying in bed and resting.
Self care might look like crying until it's hard to breathe.
Self care might look like a lunch with friends.
Self care might look like yelling at the top of your friends.

Self care is fluid.

Self care isn't always fluffy and beautiful, it's not always hard work.

Self care is about taking inventory of where you are, in this moment, and recognizing what you need.

As you think about today, suspend the judgement of what you have believed self care should be.

When you have difficult people in your life, boundaries can be an essential part of keeping the relationship healthy. Reminding yourself that you do not have to live in their world, but can visit when you like. This allows you to have a relationship without feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

We would be happy to help you work on strategies for visiting those difficult relationships without living there!
