Reminder my son Easton will be having heart surgery tomorrow- no classes tomorrow! We will be back next week!!
Easton is the whole reason Hope and Healing was opened. I have learned so much through him and this journey.
Tomorrow is also my birthday!! This day will be so special to us. ❤️ Easton will have a check up every year on this day.

Big news!!!! It is official!! Sadly the Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave shut their doors BUT we didn’t want them too!! We have purchased their sauna and salt room. The sauna will be up and running in a few weeks. The salt sanctuary will be up and running in about 4 weeks. You will get the same experience you received at the salt cave, our room will have its own touch to it and will not be exactly the same. We hope you join our page and follow along with our journey and come try out the new salt experience at Hope and Heaing located at 6707 N. Sheridan Road in Peoria!!

Puppy Yoga is BACK! 🐶🧘‍♀️

Mollie Krueger, yoga instructor with Hope and Healing Wellness Center, will lead a restorative practice welcome to all skill levels. We’ll be joined by friendly, service dog in training puppies from Freedom Paws Service Dogs. Tickets include the class and proceeds will benefit Freedom Paws Service Dogs.
Participants must be at least 15 years of age.
