It does come down to choice. Two people can have the same life event one chooses to look at it as a growing experience and can be happy whereas the other person can be caught in darkness by simple focusing on the why me part. What will you choose?

Through the years, I have experimented with various weight loss methods to understand what works and what doesn't. This is an important lesson.

We can't grow without insight but it is scary to face ourselves in the mirror and take ownership but that is the only way to grow. Otherwise you continue to keep going down the same path and getting the same results. Reach out to a counselor today you deserve a better life experience.

As you embrace this new journey of life, you will be releasing old behaviors, emotions, and connections to the past which will bring on feelings of sadness, sometimes happiness, anger, and other feelings. Time to work on Replacing those unhelpful thoughts and actions

As the season begins to ramp up, make sure your taking care of you. Remember the directions given when your flying by the airline personnel, in case of emergency put your oxygen mask on first before your loved ones. You can't be there for anyone if you don't take care of you.

Don't let lives obstacles keep you down. I couldn't ride a regular bike due to balance issues related to my MS. So I found away to enjoy riding again.
