Hey yall! I haven't been able to be out and about lately so please come say hello today, we miss ya'll ! We will be at Sheridan Market from 3 to 6 pm!

A strawberry crunch cake for a 20th birthday for a beloved friend and clients child! Had a delicious filling of glazed strawberries.

This cake didn't last long!

All the hard work is happening behind the scenes this week, loves. If it’s quiet on Lit.’s socials, it likely means my time blindness is taking over while I happily and quietly chip away at the eternal to-do list around here!

This week we received a shipment of items that came off of backorder, with all of the new stuff pictured below! I have not been photographing and sharing restocks though. At the rate I’m stocking back up, it’s just not possible. 😂

Made a witchy garden cake today to celebrate a birthday ! Created a cake ritual for sisterhood and abundance specifically to honor the birthday queen!

Really excited step forward in my businesses growth. Thank you to every friend and customer who has helped me achieve these goals.
Being a small black business owner who is community minded with a goal of inclusion has helped me cultivate a business that makes me proud and able to give back to the community I'm a part of.
Eventually we will have a space where all will be welcomed and we can help organize more giving to the community and more safe spaces for all.

Today was an amazing day at the Sheridan Market . We met and fed some of our brilliant and diverse community. We sold out of our watermelon for palestine cakes! And it was a day that truly filled my cup.

I am the owner of a local microbakery here in Peoria and I wanted to share I will be selling my goods at the Sheridan Market the next 2 Wednesdays. The menu this week is super simple we will have strawberry lemonade and watermelon cakes. Really bringing in the summer vibes this week!

I am the owner of The Baked Bee a local black woman owned bakery here in Peoria. Our bakery has a mission of community and I believe feeding people is a great way to build and foster good community.

I take local orders and even deliveries within 10 miles and a minimum $30 dollar purchase
