"Safe Streets, Green Futures: Empowering youth through environmental stewardship. Combining power washing skills with community cleanup, fostering personal growth, and contributing to a cleaner, safer Peoria."

"Safe Streets, Green Futures" is a comprehensive youth program centered on environmental stewardship and community engagement. Participants, ranging from kids to young adults, learn power washing techniques and business skills. Through hands-on environmental cleanup projects, they not only beautify their neighborhoods but also earn practical experience. The program emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.

Additionally, workshops on financial literacy and entrepreneurship are offered, equipping participants with tools for future success. This holistic approach ensures that participants develop both practical skills and a sense of responsibility towards their community, making a lasting impact on Peoria.

The "Safe Streets, Green Futures" program will run from April through the end of June. Sessions will be held twice a week, with specific dates to be announced. Transportation will be provided, along with meals and a small stipend for participants. All sessions will take place at various community locations in Peoria, facilitated by experienced mentors.
