At our Silver Tea last weekend, we had on display our art project from Ignite Peoria 2024. During our booth project, we had about 150 participants from all ages paint an individual abstract graphic on a square, which was then glued to a canvas to re-create our iconic iron gate.
Ignite was an amazing experience, and we have to say the canvas turned out fantastic! Thanks to ArtsPartners of Central Illinois for providing this event for our community. We look forward to next year!
This past weekend we welcomed members and guests to the clubhouse for our annual Silver Tea.
During the tea, we honored our beloved members, Kathy Dallinger, Barbara Rigley, and Joyce Johnson, who we lost this past year.
It was a great day filled with fun, friendship, and amazing food provided by our members. Thanks to all who joined us, and we hope to see you soon back at the clubhouse!

Wondering why PWC is celebrating Lydia’s birthday?
Lydia Moss Bradley played a pivotal role in advancing the financial and structural development of the Peoria Women's Club, ultimately resulting in the addition of a second-floor theater for public performances at their newly constructed clubhouse in 1893.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us at Culver's yesterday! We had so much fun visiting with all those that came in and spreading the word about what it is we do.
With tips and sales, we raised $607.71! Special thank you to Mike and his amazing staff for helping us make this night a success!
P.S. We set out tip jars asking folks to vote whether they prefer vanilla or chocolate custard. Chocolate custard was the landslide winner!
Tonight's the night! Cool off with some custard while supporting our restoration efforts!
Who else love's Culver's custard?🙋♀️🍦
