The brand new cafe Guardhouse in Bridesburg is seeking dependable front of house employees to brew and serve brewed coffee and tea and espresso drinks. Previous coffee experience is a plus.
Monday-Friday availability required. Punctuality and reliable transportation is important. Responsibilities include:
-Welcoming and serving customers
-Maintain fully stocked inventory
-Open and close the cafe when applicable to shift
-Process customer payments and maintain cash drawer
-Brew La Colombe coffee and tea to industry standard
-Maintain cleanliness of cafe
-Report maintenance and inventory needs to management
-Receive supply orders
-A pleasant customer service approach
Full and part time positions available. Guardhouse is located in the Arsenal complex in Bridesburg. Pay begins 15-18/hr. and is negotiable depending on experience. Pay will be supplemented by tips. There is also optional opportunities to work catering, popups, and various events for lump sum pay along with tips.
