❤️ Your lender just became x1000 more valuable!! They will determine how much assistance/ sellers concessions you need to negotiate to cover your client AND your commissions

🆗If you have an active listing… CYA and have your seller client fill out the NAR approved Listing Agreement. This way you and your client have discussed commissions leaving it all on the table in black and white ✍️

🤯 Under contract with your Buyer Client and want to double check your buyer commission? Refer to your BEC sheet and ask the listing agent if they will be updating their Listing Agreement. (Having a hard time getting answers? Get your loan officer to ask as they will need to know numbers to get the deal done.)
