While working out I have found that the whole “you HAVE to eat clean” to be in shape is nonsense. ESPECIALLY if your trying to gain muscle.
If you consistently workout and go out with your boys or eat unhealthy foods a couple times a week and you counter that with the right diet and workouts YOU CAN HAVE A GREAT PHYSIQUE.
Now if you want to be SUPER SUPER ripped then yes that might not work, but if you want to have abs, be strong, and be toned then you don’t need to eat super clean to look good.
That has to be one of the most common myths I have heard about working out.
I have had cheat days, vacations, and multiple more occasions for the past 2 months prior to this picture that caused me to not stay true to a strict diet. But I still have a great physique because of my diet and workouts.
