▪️ New listings have gone down -8.7%
▪️ Months of supply has gone up +17.3%, which bodes well for this year!
▪️ Closed sales have also gone down -5.3%
▪️ Median sale price has gone up +9.4%
▪️ Median days on market has gone down -2 days
▪️ Showings have gone down -5.8%
▪️ New pending sales have gone down -4%

So what does all this mean? Well, it's still very much a seller's market, but it looks like we might be trending towards some change in 2024!
