Just pulled up to the new townhouse aka Mason’s college pad to drop off another Costco load for him and saw that he snagged some of the front porch items from my house ♥️😭♥️ I can’t believe it’s actually time for him to flee the nest. I had my first breakdown in the middle of Costco 3 days ago when reality first set in, I was literally sobbing in the middle of one of frozen food aisles. I’m utterly distraught, but also very happy to see he’s excited and already turning the townhouse into “Home” ♥️

Leaving Tampa and getting ready to enjoy the week in my happy place. I couldn’t bribe either of my children to miss school and come with me so I’m solo, but that is absolutely ok with me. I feel very fortunate that I am comfortable and actually really enjoy traveling alone 🤍

It only took me over 3 years to finish this, but it’s these little accomplishments in life that make me smile. I wouldn’t doubt if my amazing agent recommends I have it professionally redone before we list in May, but I’ll enjoy it for now 😁

That little Apple tag around his neck gives me more comfort than anyone could fully understand. It’s got to be one of the greatest inventions ever for our pets. He can run, but he can not hide ♥️ He’s been chipped since we adopted him, but I think this is a much better system. I can immediately know his whereabouts and not need to agonize about whether he’s hurt, cold, hungry or scared.

There is absolutely nothing that can get a tired loan originator out of bed and on their computer faster than this phone call. My record time to lock a loan after one of these is just under a minute 😂
