Seven and half amazing years, we have accomplished so much. We’ve been on the food network, catered for major sports teams, been written up by food writers, won awards, had amazing pop ups with some of the most talented chefs in the city, made it through a pandemic, started making booze, catered weddings, and help celebrate some amazing events and milestones in people’s lives! Most important though are the friendship made with regulars, staff, and the farmers we have worked with.
This has been an amazing ride and it’s with great excitement that I am passing the torch to my friend Chris Reed. He is an industry vet and I know he will take great care of everything we built here.
I’m beyond excited to walk away from the shop on my terms. Keep an eye out for our cider project and whatever else I get in to outside of here.
I hope you will all stop by and say what’s up between now and our last day!
