Eddie and I are so VERY Proud of our Ashley!! She is officially a licensed cosmetologist! She past her Board test today on the first try!!! Graduation is Friday and we can’t wait to celebrate with her!! WAY TO GO ASHLEY!! Love you!! 🩷🩷🩷

As everyone knows, last night was the last night for the Red Rooster and what a great night it was!! So nice to see friends, family and loyal customers/friends for 41 years come out to sent Liz and Pat off and to thank them for years of amazing memories and wish them well 🩷. I can’t imagine all the mixed emotions they had last night and this morning. Dagwood’s Pub wishes them nothing but the best in life and stay tuned….it won’t be long before you see Liz behind the bar……😉😉😉

Sadly, today marks the 20th year anniversary of the passing of Big Ed. If you had the pleasure to know him you were one of the lucky ones. A day does not go by where Eddie and I don’t say THANK YOU to Big Ed for passing us the torch because he knew that we would and still do work extremely hard to make Dagwood’s Pub the BEST and strive to be better with each passing year!!! I truly believe Big Ed is in heaven and is so very proud of what we have accomplished and continue to work hard on each and everyday. It breaks my heart 😓 to see our Mom (Mama G) and how much she still misses Ed each and everyday….20 years later 💔. Eddie is so proud of what his father create and is so grateful to be able to continuing Big Ed’s legacy with the help of an AMAZING staff and LOYAL customers who we consider family 🩷. Dad (Big Ed) please know that you son is doing everything that you asked of him and the one thing most important to you was for him to take care of his Mom…..and we lovingly do that and always will ❤️. Please continue to watch over us and Dagwood’s. Miss and Love You! 🩷🩷🩷. I hope you and Stanley are together in heaven laughing, joking and enjoying each other’s company!! 🩷
