Hear from our alum:
"I am thrilled to share that after 20 months of study, I graduated with a high honor at the Community College of Philadelphia, with an Associate Degree in Health Care Studies. I could have never done it without the Employer Tuition Benefit Program. As an adult employee at Independence Blue Cross, I was able to continue to work full-time and attend school online to complete my degree. I am so grateful for the employee tuition benefits and I will continue to take advantage of it as I continue with my education."
Karley K., full-time employee at Independence Blue Cross
