This class is part demonstration, but you can be very hands-on and participate at each step of the class if you wish.
Come hungry! Chef Edward also serves his famous focaccia and antipasto platter when you arrive.

This class will explore Carbonara, Cacio de Pepe, Amatriciana and Gricia. Chef Edward Strojan () will take you step by step through the process of creating these divine sauces that will make you reconsider ever purchasing a jar sauce again!
Guests will have the opportunity to roll their own pasta and will enjoy a delicious antipasto platter with freshly baked focaccia.
