Act Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicaid/Medicare certified, JCAHO accredited agency who services residents throughout Pennsylvania.
All our nursing professionals, CNAs and HHAides are carefully evaluated to ensure that they are qualified and meet ACT’s high standard of care. With the involvement of the patient’s physician and family, our nurses assess the patient’s needs, identify appropriate services and create an individualized plan for the patient.
As we start a new year, ACT looks back on it's past years' celebrations both with our staff and within the community. Remembering people that have been a part of our family, people that we have met and encountered, and looking forward to better times ahead.
