SGT Paul Abbott, her supportive husband, stood by her side today during this monumental occasion and is now considering applying for the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program after seeing LT Shin work through her application process!

A PST consists of a swim, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and a run which is used to see who qualifies for some of the most elite rates the Navy has to offer!
