In case you were wondering why we made cardamom churros… Guatemala is the number one exporter of green cardamom, also known as “green gold” because of the price paid internationally for per pound. Vanessa is from Colombia 🇨🇴 and is known for being direct, happy, and very friendly with her colleagues, always willing to collaborate. She is the visible face at our Reading location, as she performs her duties at the cash register. Just like Lili, who has Mexican 🇲🇽 roots and is part of our team at our Chestnut St location, she is a bit calmer but equally reliable and very kind when it comes to customer service! 😊

Both are very collaborative and incredible people, representing Latin roots and demonstrating that, with determination and perseverance, achieving goals is possible. 💪🏻💪🏻
