I’m beyond honored to have the entire three piece set now on display at their home at When I decided to make the set, it was expected to me that each would go its own way. It’s to my great surprise and deepest of gratitude that Mestre decided to bring them all together, bringing my vision to an unexpected fruition. My deepest appreciation to all my friends that have supported my work. Truly grateful, honored and blessed. 🙏🏼🤙🏼
Varnishing Day! After a few minor touch ups and plenty of time to dry, the Ryan Gracie is finally ready for varnish. After 8 years, it was really thirsty and drank the first coat of varnish right up! Looking forward to breathing new life into an old friend and can’t wait to hang it with the rest of the family set.
Yesterday I had the distinct honor of presenting a piece of artwork to one of our team’s Professors and my good friend Noel, in appreciation for his tireless dedication and contribution to the team. Noel is a Philadelphia fireman and when he isn’t out saving people’s lives, he’s volunteering his time to help us grow. Noel’s father was in the 65th infantry division in the Korean War known as “The Boriqueneers,” from Puerto Rico. On June 10, 2014, he was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal. It was my honor to commemorate this presentation for his heroic service. The team appreciates all that you do my brother. 🤜🏻💥🤛🏼
Varnishing my latest piece. Presenting it on Friday. 🫡 🇺🇸
Always a great feeling to put the final stamp of approval on a piece. Next weekend varnishing…. Then off to its new home. 🫡🎖️🇺🇸
Paint date night. ❤️❤️
I recently had the distinction of my teammate and good friend asking me if I would consider doing a portrait for him of he and his daughter. Greg is a Marine veteran and is an active special forces SWAT officer. So you can imagine how humbly honored I was to be offered this opportunity. It was a true pleasure to see his excitement and to immortalize an American hero. Thank you for the opportunity, praise, and for your continued service mi hermano. I appreciate you my friend. 🤜🏼💥🤛🏽

Love seeing a piece come to life after varnishing. 🔥
In June of 1995…. I went to see the Grateful Dead at Giants Stadium with my good friend, We were both teenagers and fairly naive. There were two nights. The first night was amazing and we didn’t even have a place to stay and ended up sleeping in the car at a gas station. The second day it was hot and I had gotten a sunburn from the day before. I sat in the shade, but didn’t feel very well. After a grueling day of heat and a few bad decisions, I was ready to go into the second night’s show. However, something went awry. I fell ill early on and went to the first aid station. After brief triaging, they determined there was nothing they could do for me. Feeling inconsolable, I told my friend that I needed to leave. He did his best to talk me out of it, but to no avail. I was determined to leave and go lie down in my vehicle. Fern, being the great friend he always has been, decided to stay with me in my time of need and left the show with me. While the band played the song “Ramble on Rose” we exited the stadium. As the exit door swung closed behind us and we were then locked outside, I instantly knew I had made a large error. We sat in the parking lot and listened to the rest of the show as we fed a vegetarian dog his first beef hot dog. Then quite unfortunately, Jerry Garcia died a few weeks later. So Fernando left his last show 3 songs in to stay with me while I was ill. I never ever forgot that act of kindness and almost 30 years later, it’s finally in my power to be able to thank him properly by giving him a Jerry of his own. I am humbly excited to present,

My deepest appreciation to all those who supported my artwork in the last year. It was not my most productive year, but I’ve been very pleased with the pieces I’ve created. Making art is my purpose in life and I couldn’t do it without your support. Thank you. 🙏🏼❤️👨🏼🎨
Was very excited to finally present with his painting. Greg is a Marine and SWAT officer and it was my honor to create this piece for him. Thank you for all that you do and for supporting my creative vision mi hermano.
