When the world darkens, I take comfort in books. So over the weekend I finally got around to reading Marilyn Simon Rothstein’s latest novel, Crazy to Leave You. I am so glad I did. Not only is the story both hilarious and moving, it centers around a lovable yet flawed Jewish woman, who just wants to be loved for who she is.

I knew I would love this book, but I’m really grateful I picked it up now. I needed this big-hearted tribute to Jewish joy. Thank you 💙📚
