Another recent closing and first time buyer!

Alex attend a first time buyer seminar where we went over all of the first time buyer program available in Philly and has now purchased a 2 unit property in Philly using the Philly First Home Program to cover 100% of his down payment + some closing costs.

The City of Philadelphia is offering a homebuyer assistance grant to qualified borrowers of up to $10,000 (or 6% of the home’s purchase price, whichever is lower) to assist first-time homebuyers reduce the principal, cover down payment and loan closing costs. You must complete a FREE City-funded homeownership counseling program before you sign an Agreement of Sale, to be eligible.*

2022 is already off to a great start.
Earlier this year after 3 years with Loan Depot I decided to take a position with Movement Mortgage.

Changing companies is never easy in our industry. Onboarding, training on new technology and getting acquainted with a brand new team all while still maintaining your relationships with your referral partners can prove challenging but at the end of the day it's all to better serve our clients.
