Also tomorrow! 10 am to 6pm! We are closing at our normal 4pm, but stop by before 4 and swoop a coffee and donut and check out the swap out back, and in the parking lot!

Tomorrow at noon! Distance, number of checkpoints, and where the checkpoints are will all be on the manifest given out just before the start of the race. Seems to be a lot of new riders around town, so maybe this will be your first cat. Pull up ready to rip. All bikes welcome. You can win on any bike. Spread the word!

Orange Blossom Hojicha Latte 👀

Hojicha is a green tea powder, similar to matcha, but the tea leaves are roasted. This creates a nutty and earthy flavor that is more subtle than matcha and lower in caffeine.

For this latte we start with a housemade orange blossom syrup, made with brown sugar, toasted cinnamon and cardamom. Then we add premium hojicha from .co and your choice of milk! Served hot or iced.

Housemade halva syrup (sesame & pistachio) with matcha and your choice of milk. Topped with cardamom and pieces of pistachio halva*. Hot or iced!

*Halva is a confection made from ground sesame seeds, which is sweetened and often comes in different flavors. The pistachio variety is a personal favorite and what we use to top this drink.
