These type of looks grow out so beautifully and require little maintenance. Toners every 8 weeks to maintain the vibrancy & remove the brass. This would be considered a Brunette balayage meshed with an air touch technique that crates that beautiful blend!

My salon will be doing Girl haircuts in grades k-8th grade for $10. Please share or send it to anyone you know that has daughters that need a haircut before going back to school! We want to give back to our community and help those that can’t afford a haircut during these crazy times!

We have 2 dates Tuesday July 18 & 25th from 4-7pm first come first serve. We will be doing simple haircuts, trims, any amount of length off or face frames. We recommend that they come with clean dry hair, if we need to wash them we won’t be styling or blow drying due to limited amount of time! 🫶

Here’s a breakdown of this look and what to ask for. Her tone is nice and ashy, so it makes it appear a lot darker than what it really is, you have to get extremely light to accomplish this tone. So if you’re looking for something more “natural” or low maintenance this look may not be the best fit. Adding more dimension (dark pieces) would make this look more natural.

Hitting you with a before and after from last week! From brassy end & grown out roots to a beautiful ashy bayalage that blends with her natural hair beautifully.

This ashy dimensional bayalage is amazing for clients that want something a bit low maintenance & easy to keep up with at home. She won’t have to lift her bayalage for a good 4-6 months and she will be able to maintain at home with purple shampoo once a week! I highly recommend coming in for toners every 2-3 months to bring back the true ash tone and blend the blonde into the grown out roots.

I recommend booking this service under a blonde/platinum bayalage, although this isn’t a platinum color you have to get it pretty light in order to get these ashy tones 🐺👩‍🦳🤍

My name is Briana Sanavongxay, I recently got married on November 2, 2021 (Asian last name). I’m 23 years old and have owned Illusion Real for 3 1/2 years. I’ve been doing hair for going on 10 yrs this year (I started at 14 and I’m turning 24 this month) I opened the doors to my business with my mom along side of me. She closed the doors to her business about 6 years ago, we jumped from Salon to Salon trying to find a home. We got so tired of renting from other salons, so I decided to open up my own. I took the responsibility from my mom and wanted to give her a safe space to come in and work in and to be able to take every penny home. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only do I work alongside of my mom but my little sister is my assistant during the weekends and my husband is now managing my salon since there is way more to do now. Not only am I working at my dream salon with my dream clientele but I am working with my familia. There’s much much more to the story and to what is currently going on in life but I just wanted to come on here and thank every single client that has came into Illusion Real and supported my family business. It’s a dream come true serving and slaying your hair✨

When I see her hair I think of a lions mane… The reason why i say that is because she has SO much hair, it’s thickkkk, and is so voluminous! This look is perfect for you babes that want to keep your natural dark hair but be nice and light. Let this be your next inspo photo 😉

How the heck did I forget to post this one. It was one of my favorite looks I created a couple weeks ago. All that contrast with her platinum pieces forming perfectly with her dark hair 👌 this is what I like to call a dimensional platinum bayalage. If you have dark hair EMBRACE IT, Look how stunning that looks. Also this could be inspo to many of you that have dark hair and don’t know what to do with it, you don’t have to be that light, replace her Platinum blonde with whatever shade of blonde you want (golden, hunny, copper, beige ect..)

Would you believe me if I told you she had BLACK hair 3 sessions ago? Now she’s the color she wants, has HEALTHY hair and is in love with her look! These beige tones are everything. So many of my clients come in with pictures similar to this color and think it’s a light brown. Yes, it may appear that way but it’s really a pretty light blonde that tones down to that beautiful tone...such a stunning color✨

When the color fits your client so damn well 👌 sorry I can’t recreate this look anymore, it’s made just for her... jk lol Summer is coming and I’m loving all these lighter bayalage a Im creating!

So many ladies love this look but don’t understand how light and what this method really is. So lemme break it down for ya! This look is pretty darn light, I have to lighten your hair about 3 shades below what platinum hair looks like, I have to tone your hair down to the tones that you see (beige with a splash of ash) She has a stunning face frame that really creates the look, there is some dimension in this look (dark pieces throughout) but I made sure to ass more solid pieces throughout the bottom to make her lighter pieces pop!✨

What a highlight retouch & two rows of sew in extensions can do! So so so stunning, we brought up her color, toned her nice and smokey, added her two rows of extensions, cut/customized them and BAM here we are ✨
