We are in search of bilingual auto parts sales people to provide exceptional customer service to our retail customers of AZ Auto and its automotive recycling subsidiaries.

Duties include:

Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner.
Face to face customer interaction.
Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
Process order fulfillment documents
Follow up on quotes for 2nd closing opportunities
Proper completion of sale documents.
Customer satisfaction call backs
Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

One year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient with office equipment.
Basic math skills.
