Interest Rates are seeing some improvement recently. 6.77% FRM as of July 18, 2024 compared to 6.9% FRM from 1 year ago and 8.03% from October 19, 2023.
Inventory, although still historically low, is on the rise. Both of these things are good news for buyers!
