One of the biggest online cake competition….Organised by Tina Scott Parashar.
It was tough as the competition entries were extremely wonderful.
Though I did not win I got the gold certificate for my entry in Blossoming floral category.

A Prince Theme cake for a First Birthday.
It is a white Forest cake with Buttercream frosting and covers with Fondant.

It’s is a Eggfree chocolate cake with Oreo Buttercream frosting. And decorated with whipped cream and fondant accents.
Also homemade lollipops.

A Eggfree Almond Rose cake with Homemade Rabdi as a Glaze on top with Rose, Pistachios and Almonds as garnish.
It is an amazing combination.
I took this to my friends place for Ganapathi Arati as offering for prasad for Ganapathi Bappa.
My friends loved this as Prasad hope you all like it.

I just loved how it turned out.

This cake made during Indian Independence Day. As boy’s birthday was on 15th August his mom asked me to hoist a flag on his cake with his favourite Catboy from PJMask .

I made this cake few days back but I did not post as I was busy with some work.
It’s chocolate cake with Chocolate buttercream and covered with fondant.
Made this for 50th birthday and cake was ordered by a wife who wanted her husband’s birthday to be special. She was connecting to me as she was in India and Just wanted the cake to be ready when she is back in States.
I enjoyed making this cake.
