Enjoying life with Amazing food and people!!

This is my new version alternative of vegetarian burger. Young green Jackfruit drained and shredded. Added egg, Parmesan cheese, applewood smoked salt, pepper, ancho chili for some pizzazz. For a first try it turned out wonderfully! Swiss cheese on top. For my Vegan friends I bet liquid egg substitute would be wonderful. Always looking for Vegetarian ways to do things. I’m not a fan of fake beef burgers or also the frozen ones although some are better than others. I do like the black bean ones and also portobello mushrooms make a great meaty burger too. This is my new favorite.

Lemon Cake with Coconut Butter Cream Frosting. Dairy and Gluten Free thanks to my friends at . I am not a baker. But thanks to our friends Scrumptious Yellow Cake Mix I was able to modify adding water with 50% lemon juice then decorate with Dairy free Coconut Butter Cream. My customer has tons of allergies. We were able to provide her with a flavorful wonderful cake that she loved!!!

I found a way to truly love cauliflower!!! Orange or purple cauliflower never have given me acid in the stomach. But white never made me happy. More bitter and the indigestion. ENTER AIRFRYER!!! Amazing. White cauliflower doesn’t give me indigestion. Air fry with home made Buffalo sauce. Can you say YUMMY!!! I just inhaled 1/2 a head. Be careful. Over indulgence will be AMAZING!!!

I don’t make many desserts but when I do. They rock!! Key lime creme brûlée and flourless chocolate cake with Strawberry cream. Omg can you say. DEVINE!!!

For our Valentines! Flourless Chocolate Truffles with lips and base made with raspberry food crystals Our Valentines were in love!!!! Yum I have to admit I saved one for myself. OMG so yummy. Thankfully they are rich enough that just one was enough. Happy tummy all night long!!

.phoenix we are delivering 50 every day this week Pulled BBQ Chicken sandwiches, baked beans and our newest salad Jicama Carrot Mango Salad. Yum!! We even made one for each of the staff today!! We have always loved the sandwich but the new salad is amazing!!! Adding this to our Meal Prep menu too. Thanks for all you do
