Later this month we’ll be launching “Seoul’d Out” our Korean Rice Beer. 🍻

The Asian lager is made with flaked rice, Dilsner malt & Sorachi Ace hops for a light, smooth body & unique lemon-herbal notes. 🇰🇷

This will be our house beer on draft and in cans going forward. 🏡

In anticipation of the launch we did a limited run of custom hats with our beer label. Show some love y’all ❤️❤️❤️

🫐 New K-POP On The Block🎙️

Next week we’ll be launching our first Korean soda made from imported blueberries with hints of a variety of fruits 🤫. The best part of Soko’s KPOP sodas is that they are made with hop water, doubling as a non-alcoholic option for those looking for a temperance drink.

The first launched will be our BLUEBERRY SODA, with several other flavors following shortly. Keep an eye out for the new jawn pairing perfectly with our Korean Fried Chicken 🇰🇷🐔💥

4. The Ko’Boy Sandwich (12” Corropolese Roll, Cooper Cheese, K-slaw, Fried Chicken, Yum Yum Sauce and a Gochujang drizzle).
5. Fried Chicken & Waffles (Homemade Waffle, Korean Fried Chicken, Honey Butter, Your choice of Match or Graham Cracker Marshmallow Ice Cream, Cinnamon Streusel Crunch, Maple Syrup and Whipped Cream). COMING SOON

For those exploring our menu for the first time, we offer three types of boneless Korean Fried Chicken:

Bamboo Salt: Traditional Korean Fried Chicken
Ghost Cheddar BBQ: A dry rub of ghost pepper, orange cheddar and scorpion barbecue
White Cheddar (Snow): Korean fried chicken tossed in aged white cheddar powder

Our chicken can be ordered in 1/2 pounds and pounds, along with a long list of dipping sauces:

Gochujang: Spicy & slightly sweet Korean BBQ
KImchi Aioli: Fermented Korean cabbage w/mayo
Buffalo: Buttery with a mild, savory heat
Blue Cheese: Creamy cheese with a bold aroma

Due to the pandemic we were forced to leave corporate jobs in Dubai and move to South Korea. We had the opportunity to travel the country and shoot a decent amount of photographs which we’re now selling as fine art prints for $25/piece in the restaurant.

We’re also in the process of opening up our art shop in Phoenixville (😀 more to come shortly 🤗) and setting up a non-profit related to South Korea.

🥖 The Ko’Boy Update 🐔

Just a heads up, we’ve improved our Ko’Boy sandwich. Previously it was on an 8” Amoroso roll, but we listened to all the feedback and are now using a fresh baked 12” baguette delivered daily from a local bakery. The upgrade is reflective in the price, as we’ve had to increase the cost to $14, however the value hasn’t changed as it’s still backed to the brim.
