Ekmek Tsoureki and our Baklava! As you all know by now we do make all of our desserts in house! Ekmek is a traditional layered dessert with Soaked in syrup Greek Easter Bread, topped with our homemade vanilla custard and freshly whipped cream, finished with crushed almonds! They are must haves when you dine with us!!!

Dakos Tuesdays are here! So Dakos is a very traditional Cretan Mezzen! Literally it is always present in any Cretan table! We consume it for breakfast lunch a light snack or dinner it doesn’t really matter what time of the day it is! Best paired with Raki! Kali Oreksi!

Brizolakia!!! The pearl pasta that is served with this chargrilled pork loin is known as trachanas a traditional greek soup that is served usually all year round! The original recipe of trachanas is a smaller grain called bulgur and then is boiled with sheep's milk form a really thick paste that we after ferment during the summer months in the villages of Greece!

Soutzoukia Smirneika!!! A lot of our customers favorite dish! So let me tell you a little bit about them! The recipe is really popular in Chios Island and it is a local favorite! This recipe is from my step dad that was from Chios island we use his grandmothers recipe migrating from Asia Minor-Mikra Asia! They are usually served with yogurt some people like also Tzatziki with them however you have them it is an amazing starter for your table!

Arni Lemonato! A Cretan tradition that you will find in a lot of local Cretan villages! Actual name in Crete is Arni with Agginares and Askolibrous. The flavor travels you to a scenery sitting at a Rakadiko in the middle of the village watching the acres with the olive trees in the mountains of Crete!!! 😁
