Specialized Welding/The Wheel Doctor

A local welded this lower unit and messed it up! I hate welding after someone that don't need to do this type of work. Period! MiG welded it it was horrible. I cut there crap s**g off then ground down all the boogers. Built a new s**g out of 3/8" plate tig welded and reground and sanded. Cost the customer double because they don't have a clue how to do it . They didn't weld by the screw because they cut to close. Makes the nexts guy job harder.

Splash guard skirt welded on gator tail boat to block the spray from water . They took it out and worked Great.

Built a take off light bar for right and left side for a customers boat for red fishing at night. Made clips to bolt to the rails and can be removable. Start to finish. Customer bought the material he wanted to use. And we built what he envisioned

Welding on a 15' boat cracked transume brace . These boat companies well, these things down to the floor and they're fairly strong, but they don't realize when people put jack up plates on boats or a little bit heavier motor. It's like a crescent wrench. Too much leverage it peels it off the floor but if they would make their brace weld into the seat five or six inches it would have to pull the whole seat up before it cracked off the floor. If they did this, it would prevent these braces from tearing so I always add a little piece on the bottom and well to the seat to make it stronger.

Welded a plate on front for a trolling motor. Welded a back brace to the front deck.All tig welded solid.
