Since our Lobster roll is made of the highest and freshest ingredients Availability may be limited on certain days.
Our Lobster Roll is made with fresh cracked Lobsters, Shrimps, aioli sauce and a hand full of secret spices and ingredients.
Our Rolls go fast and we only make then in limited quantities so get them before it’s gone.

IBÉRICO SLIDERS.
These delicious sliders are made of 100% Ibérico ground chorizo and are topped with a pink aioli and brava sauce, onions and Manchego.
Our sliders were featured at the Marcos Salamanca booth at the NY Fancy Food Show.

Marcos Salamanca Ibérico brand.
Great time meeting and working along side some of the greatest chefs in Spain gastronomy.

Basque at the Tarrytown Street fair today, serving Sautéed chorizo, Seafood Paella and some meat Paella also. 🥘🥘🥘

A Basque original creation our Surf and turf Paella.
Prepared with scallops, baby lobster tails and prime Ny strip steak and of course a few pimientos de padrón on top.
Always a favorite amongst our Paella lovers.

This weekend Lobster Paella Special until we run out of Lobster 🦞 prepared with Shrimp and Scallops.
