Beers of the Burgh has been a staple of our summer since the beginning and we’re so excited to be back this year! We’ve got the OG Truck loaded with all the global goodies. Come say hi to the crew today and get a taste of summer!

We wear a lot of hats at Blue Sparrow but that’s what keeps the gears a movin. Summer menu dropping next week alongside some new hot sauces on Lustra Day at . So many things to be excited about. 😘

Happy Noodle Day! Today we’re throwing down the best of 2 worlds. Ramen and Pad Thai. All the cilantro and peanut goodness of pad Thai with the springy chew and buttery finish of ramen. Egg? Always. A little spice? Makes it nice. Come hang loves! Windows up at 2pm.

We’ve been doing what I like to call inspired takes on global street food for a long time now. The “vehicles” these dishes come on range from tortillas to bread to noods, to 67% proofed pie dough. I’ll argue that pizza is one of the more versatile of them all. Take this Donatello Pie.

Noodle Fridays are back!!!! I know Coconut Dashi Broth sounds a little cray but I promise this layered flavor bomb is an excellent way to slur up some tasty noods. Gochujang smoked pork belly, shrimp, or tofu and egg of your choice. Windows up at 2pm at my friends!

Today we return to a very special place. A place that holds a lot of history for Blue Sparrow. We’ve been throwing cheese in Archers mouth from the truck since he was just a pup and it’s an honor to roll into Lawrenceville today and do it again on his birthday. 🥳 Did you know we built chunks of the OG truck in the alley behind 11th before they were even open? Come say hi, get a Brat Pretzel Burger, and party with us today!!!!

Not in the mood for a burger? Pizza, sandos, and dumplings all day at on the bus. Live the adventure and visit both crews. Windows up all over at noon!

In honor of our awesome city we celebrate 412 day right. With brunch! We’ve got our spin on an Egg McMuffin and a breakfast Crunchwrap served up with raspberry chipotle sauce!

One time on a long haul of a day at , brought us coffee, in a pot, on his scooter. Like any respectable chef I drank it out of third pan. He’s the best. Come hang rain or shine at two amazing breweries with two delectable menus.
