CHANGE members participated in an Art & Disability workshop. We learned about Judith Scott and her unique take on fiber sculptures! She inspires us all to do what you love no matter what others say.

CHANGE members participated an activity named “Flip the Script.” Where they acknowledged a daily obstacle and discussed one possible solution!

CHANGE member Angelo, who has a visual impairment, presented on how self-driving cars could benefit him in the future. He learned about the cool way self-driving cars function and shared his vision for the future.

A message from UPMC President and CEO Jeffrey Romoff regarding Saturday’s tragic events at the Tree of Life Synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

You're invite to our open house! This Thursday from 3-6pm in our new space at the University Center. Come learn more about what we do here at CAYAH!

Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine is moving! We'll still be in Oakland, just a few blocks away from our old location.

Earlier this month the adolescent medicine research team visited the exhibit "I Lived. We Live. What Did We Miss?" by Center of Life in Hazelwood. We learned about the neighborhood's history and the impact of street violence on individual families and the community.

Dr. Montano is part of the newly formed Pennsylvania Commission on LGBTQ Affairs, which will help coordinate and drive statewide efforts to ensure equality for all people, regardless of s*xual orientation, gender identity or expression.
