This exotic summer pasta, Squid Ink Linguini, is made in a light cream sauce with shallots and lobster.

We are exactly one week away from the launch of our Summer menu! While that is exciting news, it also means that we will have to say goodbye to a few of our Spring menu favorites. So if you are a fan of our delicious Tortelloni or our mouthwatering Orecchiette, the time is now to stop in and savor them before it's too late. Pair with a chilled white wine or Girasole cocktail. And stay cool!

Gluten-free doesn't mean boring! Caprese Al Limone is a moist, flourless olive oil cake made with almonds, olive oil, candied lemons and white chocolate, topped with blueberry sauce and whipped cream. Enjoy it after dinner with a shot of chilled Limoncello.

Antipasto literally means “before the meal” which is the way it’s presented in most Italian homes. Many of our customers also love an antipasto as a start to a delicious Girasole dinner. But with this beautiful weather this colorful and healthy platter can very likely pass as a lunch repast, with a basket of Italian bread and a glass of wine. Enjoy it either way!

This Sunday, Mother’s Day, we will open at 2:00pm instead of 4:00pm, and will be serving the regular dinner menu in addition to the following Specials:

Our Linguini Rustic was once a seasonal item but is now offered year-round, thanks to several regulars who insisted we keep it.

Thanks to them this dish of homemade linguini, fresh clams, garlic and breadcrumbs can be enjoyed any day for lunch or dinner. Linguini with clams evokes flavors of the sea, so dig in and imagine you’re sitting on a balcony on the Amalfi Coast!

Available now at Girasole is the highly requested Chocolate Salami! This fudge-like dessert is made with the finest chocolate, pine nuts, walnuts, pistachio, and butter cookies. It's served with dessert crackers, fresh berries, and whipped cream and is popular in Italy among children and adults alike. Perfect to share and contains no meat! 😉😉

A staple of Northern Italy, Tortelloni are similar to Tortellini, but are a bit larger and contain a cheese-based filling. Served in a light cream sauce with peas and prosciutto, our Tortelloni are an annual spring-time favorite that keep customers coming back for more. Ask your server to sprinkle some fresh grated cheese on top to complete this delicacy!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 24 years that our beloved Girasole restaurant opened its doors.

We have made so many lasting friendships and have met so many interesting people over the years. We have played a part in proposals, weddings, baptisms and celebrations of all types. All in all we have been blessed with the opportunity to serve and entertain such wonderful people. The Girasole family thanks you for your support and loyalty and we promise to continue to do our best to make you happy.
