Last week, teens from ELPC and Sixth Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh traveled to Washington, D.C., and together, they explored the intersection of faith, justice, and advocacy. On Monday, they met with staff at the Office of Public Witness to hear what the Presbyterian Church is advocating for on Capitol Hill. On Tuesday, they visited the African American History Museum to learn how others have and are working for equality. And throughout the week, they learned about radical hospitality and the importance of organizing for change from our Quaker hosts.
