Just Heartbreaking and humbling. I can't imagine how horrible and scary this must be.. This Holiday Season as we celebrate, remember to keep the people of Ukraine in your prayers 🙏 My friend Nataliya who lives in Odessa informs me that heavy bombing in her city and many others, has destroyed their power grid. They are surviving by generators. My heart and prayers go out to Nataliya and her families and all of Ukraine praying for peace.

I have been posting her daily events so that you may help me to help her to remain courageous and strong as they endure and defend their country in Ukraine. Let's stay by her side with positive and encouraging support in these dark, scary days!!! It is something we can do for my very strong friend! PLEASE LET HER KNOW THAT WE ARE HERE FOR HER BY LEAVING A MESSAGE TO NATALIYA ON MY FB PAGE AS SHE READ THEM FOR INSPIRATION UNTIL THEY LOSE COMMUNICATION. Here is today's earlier reply from Nataliya:
"My dear Mary Beth and all friends! ❤️Thank you for your great support and prayers. 💛💙 It's really scary to live in a state of fear for yourself and your family. There is horror in Ukraine now!!!! We live surrounded by war and in anticipation of a possible air raid or attack from the sea. It was a hard night, but a calm day. We were at home. I can't eat when I'm nervous. So I always cook something delicacy for appetite. Today, it is a large pot of Thailand soup with shrimp, coconut milk, lemongrass, salmon and spices. It's tasty😋 I'm pity I can't regale you. 🍜 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜 Thanks for the support! The world and Ukraine will win🕊. Today is the second round of negotiations. I hope, I believe and I pray🙏"

My very dear friend, Nataliya Poly needs our prayers 🙏 and support as she and her family remain in the town of Odessa, Ukraine, with her father, who suffered a stroke, their 15-year-old daughter, and her mom. These are her words in reply to my previous post...

"My Dear Mary Beth and Dear All, Thanks for your support and prayers. The world must to know the truth. Russian TV channels and the Internet speak about this war as about liberation action. This is a terrible war!!!! Our beautiful cities are now in ruins. It's scary!!!Рeople live in destroyed basements. We are still living in our apartment in the center of the city Odessa. We have electricity, water, internet and food now. But if this is not stopped, we will die all. We help and work for our army, but Putin is mentally not a normal person!!!! He is a threat to the whole world. Please pray and speak about us.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏"
