Reliving one of my favorite places I've ever explored. The back half of this building was almost completely collapsed 6 years ago, so I can't imagine the shape it's in today.

This House was Once a Home
This antique Pontiac Bonneville really jumped out and caught my eye. You could tell it's been a while since she's been in on the road, but the rust and torn soft top roof just added to the character. I don't shoot a lot of car photos but when I do, I always really enjoy it.

Key West sunsets are the best sunsets 💯😎
Who has been watching the newest season of American Rust? It's really cool to spot so many locations in the show that were filmed basically right in my backyard. I remember passing the film crew last year on a few bike rides and wondering what they were filming. For those who like those gritty, detective based murder mystery shows, I highly recommend checking it out!
Also..how gorgeous was the light at golden hour in Pittsburgh last night?!😱
This isn't a composition I would normally capture. However, the sun was coming up through the trees behind the church casting a beautiful golden glow through the windows. I also like how the birch trees act as a divider between the two windows. This light was gone within 5 minutes of taking this shot.

Happy Earth Day! 🌎
Here's a collection of some of my favorite landscape photos that I've taken throughout the years.
I was going back through some photos from last year and I realized I barely posted anything from our trip to San Francisco. This was my 2nd time here and Laura's first, so I knew I wanted show her all of the iconic SF locations.
There are endless compositions you can take of the Golden Gate Bridge and they all seem to look equally amazing. I couldn't decide which one I like the best, so here's 4 photos..
Soaking up the last golden light of the day
Another rainy day in the Burgh☔️
Happy 412 Day! The Pens won last night and the rain will finally be coming to a stop after today. That's reason enough for yinzers to celebrate!🖤💛

Has anyone seen any eclipse photos yet?😂 I know everyone is tired of seeing them but I wanted to share one of my eclipse photos along with some other images that I captured on this trip.
and .photo and I ventured to upstate New York in The Adirondack mountains because at the time it was looking to be one of the only places with clear skies that was in the path of totality. Little did we know that all that rain that flooded Pittsburgh last week turned to snow in the Adirondacks. They got around 18" along with avalanche warnings. This made everything way more challenging, as we planned to hike and camp outside. Many of the hikes were not accessible because of the weather and most of the hotels and campgrounds were full. We lucked out and got a hotel room the first night but we did end up camping the 2nd night in about 6" of snow and 25 degree temps. It was definitely my least favorite part of the trip but being able to see the eclipse in full totality surrounded by beautiful nature made it all worth it. I can only describe it as a dreamlike experience.
If there was any city other than Pittsburgh that I could see myself living, it would probably be Chicago.
This is back of the Continental Paper Grading Co building which can be seen along the Chicago River. You can also see an old bascule drawbridge which uses massive counterweights to balance property when lifted. If you're ever in Chicago I cannot recommend the architectural boat tour enough. It's the best way to see the city and learn about so much of its amazing history!
