Chimmney is not in use. Recommend knocking down to flashing. Customer only wanted top 3 rows of brick knocked down. I ended up taken down 12 rows. Rebuilt back 6 rows and added a cap to the top. (Slate roof, non- walk-able).

Definitely was challenge you dont see everyday with building decks. The whole yard was under the old deck porch. Cleaned everything out. Had to reinforce there retaining wall . Loved the challenge!!

Another one! Installed tin faux glue up tiles, 2 coats of ultra white satin on the trim , 2 coats of flat paint for walls

Installed tin fauk glue up tiles w liquid nails. Beaboard with trim and crown. Topped it w 2 coats of ultra whit satin. 2 coats paint on the walls.
