Per the Plainfield Fire Department our Plainfield Heath Center campus has been deemed safe. We will be open for regular Saturday hours tomorrow (4/6). Our Elizabeth campus is scheduled to reopen on Monday. We will update this page if anything changes. Thank you.
Due to the earthquake, Neighborhood Health offices are currently closed. Once our buildings are deemed structurally safe, we will reopen. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911.
