Often we are so busy taking care of others, that we forget to take care of ourselves. Prioritizing yourself daily will help keep you energized so you can put your best self out in the world.
💕 Schedule 15 minutes a day to prioritize your . Figure out what time works best for you - early morning before anyone is awake, during your lunch break or right before bed.
💕 Find what brings you joy - walking, reading, meditating, bubble baths, whatever you enjoy. Just remember to stay off your phone during that time!
💕 Set goals and use a tracker. Whether it’s on your phone calendar or using fun pens and markers. Do what works for you!

Let's talk about intergenerational or transgenerational trauma.
This is trauma that has basically passed down from generation to generation and has gone untreated for decades.
Trauma significantly changes the body's DNA and brain which affect a person's behavior. One must work to end the cycle of trauma.
