Markay and I were honored to represent Heritage Manor at the Quarterly Case Management Meet & Greet at Methodist Medical Center of Dallas.
We had a great time meeting so many of the Case Managers that we work with on a day to day basis and letting them know of all the progressive programs we offer at Heritage Manor AND letting them know that we are a 5 Star Deficiency Free Facility!
We also got to spend some one on one time with other healthcare members from the community and invited several of them over to meet the great Team we have at Heritage Manor!
